Samagra Shiksha Secondary scheme was launched in the year 2018 as an integrated scheme for school education catering from pre-primary to Sr. Secondary classes. The launch of the scheme has reflected a paradigm shift in the approach as the entire gamut of the school education sector has been treated holistically without any segmentation of elementary and secondary as was in the case of erstwhile schemes of SSA and RMSA. The centrally sponsored scheme of Samagra Shiksha was aligned with SDG 4 and recognised the importance of Early Childhood Education and provided systemic intervention in harmony with existing infrastructure of Anganwadi's. The scheme was also extended for Sr. Secondary level to promote universal access at all levels.
In the digital age, we're establishing computer labs and integrating ICT into education, empowering students with digital literacy skills and access to online resources for enhanced learning experiences.
We're offering vocational education programs at upper primary and secondary levels, equipping students with practical skills and knowledge for career pathways aligned with their interests and aspirations.
Through specialized training programs in subjects like Mathematics, English, and Science, we're enhancing teachers' pedagogical skills and subject knowledge, ensuring effective delivery of quality education to students
Promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork, we're providing schools with grants and developing sports infrastructure to foster students' overall development.
Committed to inclusive education, we provide support and resources for students with disabilities, ensuring equal access to education and opportunities for learning and growth.
